I am absolutely thrilled I got certified by these folks. The knowledge and experience of the instructors is extremely comforting. They want you to be educated (obviously) which leads to confidence then ability. They are patient to help ensure ALL students in the class are up to speed and ready to progress. Everyone I have encountered at the shop, in the pool, on my checkout dives...AWESOME. Simply awesome!!! Had a great trip to Roatan with the gang from UA. My daughter and I were fortunate to join the group as late arrivals after the tragic flooding displaced some folks from being able to go. I have to say, as a couple of strangers from Idaho, they made us feel welcome from the start (as in seeking us out at the airport in Houston just to say "hi" and "anything you need?") and like family when we left. Thanks for the great time and I'd recommend anyone local or "out of town" to go on a trip with UA.
